HVAC is the flagship division of the company. We have a service history of more than Eighteen years and we specialize in all kinds of heating, ventilation and air-conditioning works such as Central A/C, Split Unit A/C, Wall Mounted A/C, Air Handling Units, Chillers etc.
This Division caters to the ever-growing requirements of the water proofing industry. We have provided efficient and reliable solutions to the water proofing needs of innumerable Villas and buildings.
This division was formed in 2001 due to the growing requirements of construction-related and allied goods in the Qatari market.
We have partnership with ABS Turkey for importing and trading Gypsum Board and Accessories in Qatar.
We have Normal, Water Proof and Fire Rated Gypsum Boardsalong with all the accessories in our stock. The product is from Turkey
We are the trader and supplier for superior quality Pre-Insulated Aluminum Poly Isocyanurate (PIR) panels along with the accessories for First Duct, a product which will provide the perfect solution to the air conditioning needs in HVAC industry with satisfied usage result in Qatar market.
East Palaces Co. had become the exclusive distribution agent in Qatar for “Socovena&Mapla-Italy” who is dealing with Leather, Waterproof fabrics, anti-slipping floor fabrics etc.

We have GI and Pre Insulated duct fabrication factory in “Al-Wukeir”.
The factory is equipped CNC machines and experienced foreman’s who is capable of delivering high quality products in a short span of time
Started as a small maintenance and repair shop for several types of boats, jetski, etc as well as ATV’s /UTV’s, the business extended in the middle of year 2016 with workshop in Al Wukeir.
We have a big range of excavation and earth work equipment’s such as excavator, loaders, rollers…etc. We make all type of Excavation for infrastructure and construction and utilize with underground services.

In recent years, Qatar has undergone tremendous changes with a whole lot of infrastructural and developmental activities taking place. East Palaces, which was established in 2001, has sensed this change and has been in the forefront of this progress
Since inception , we have expanded our scope of activities from air conditioning works to waterproofing, trading and general services.We are presenting many famous agencies and we are dealing with many of the famous brand in the sector of HVAC and Water Proofing materials since we have relation with all of them. Although our experience keeps us very selective to deal with the best factory and suppliers which in turn enable us to maintain our reputation and liability.
I am proud to work amongst sincere, hardworking and professional people which consists of managers, engineers, fabricators, supervisors etc. We have a strong workforce of more than 200 people which are drawn up from different countries.
We, at East Palaces, aim for further expansion and achievements as the future holds good for everyone in Qatar.We are trying to do all our expansion and development and execution of work to the highest standard and updating it with the latest technology supported with safety rules and regulations and quality assurance standards which complies with the International certificate and standard.
